Born and raised in Texas, Jared up and left his native roots and moved to the Northwest for a new beginning and adventure. In his home town of San Antonio, Jared attended San Antonio College and successfully finished his Associates Degree in Business while also working for Marriott as a Front Desk Manager. He was quickly recognized for his excellence on maintaining guest satisfaction at an all-time high while also providing personable interaction amongst the hotel's residents (he knew every guest by first and last name). Marriott Corporate saw much potential within the young man and extended the opportunity for him to work at their corporate office to develop and train new leaders for Marriott's management. Despite this success in the hospitality industry, Jared felt the calling for a new challenge.
In High School, Jared worked for both the journalism and media classes which made him become a valuable asset to the school's media production. He was a major contributor to the weekly school paper and yearbook while also he and his fellow classmates of '05 successfully created the school's first daily news channel. Here, he discovered his love for media and passion to develop, film, and edit videos. Given the opportunity to re-ignite his passion and work with media again, Jared left his home town for Seattle to work with Social Creature Media.
When not working, Jared is a very easy-going individual who loves watching and catching up on his sports, listening to music or even playing, taking an unknown adventure, hanging out with friends, traveling, or simply just relaxing. You can follow him on the different social media platforms that he frequently updates to keep friends and family back home updated on his new life in the Northwest!
